Fred Beltrandi

UK Director

Fred is the managing director of Go ABE and has a distinguished career in transport planning, and experience as both a consultant and operator. Fred has led successful scheduled airport coach shuttle services and previously provided expert advisory services on major events and infrastructure projects as an executive director of Steer, the international transport planning consultancy.

Marina Carbonaro

Finance Director

Marina is the finance director of Go ABE, and CFO of the owning group Autostradale. A qualified chartered accountant, she began her career with KPMG before serving as Finance Director for Arriva's Italian operations. With expertise in procurement, finance, and strategic planning, she plays a key role in driving business growth and efficiency.

Massimo Schina

Head of Operations

As our head of operations Massimo brings specialist expertise in coaching standards, compliance, engineering & maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency and top service quality. With over 25 years of experience managing intensive scheduled coach operations in the UK, he has led large driver teams and managed diverse coach fleets and has extensive industry experience and leadership.

Surinder Nijher

Operations Manager

Experienced coach driver, controller and trainer with a strong background in the industry. Surinder started in coach operations in Yorkshire before establishing a successful driver training school. After selling the business, he returned to the coach industry, bringing extensive expertise in operations and training, and passenger transport services.

Mark Noel

Operations Manager

Mark brings over 30 years experience in the bus & coach industry. He has led coach tours across UK and Europe and managed airport shuttle services in London. Mark began his career with Transport for London and has a deep knowledge of the industry. He is passionate about delivering safe, reliable transport services and excellent customer service.
